I think the case for fraud is now overwhelming. Last Monday, the Shropshire Star (a local newspaper for the county where the town in question is located) published an article, as a reader had identified a 1922 postcard from Wem with the same girl as in the photo from the Wem town hall fire. The story, with pictures for comparison, can be seen at:

Hi, my name is Jeannie and I am one of the founders of Paranormal St.Joe in St. Joseph, MO. We believe that haunting is a very rare thing and do not believe that everything you see as a spot in a photo are orbs. We do investigations and try more to debunk than to say a place is haunted, however, sometimes you get something you just can’t explain. It seems you are very good at debunking the unexplained. I would like for you to view the videos on our website under investigation 022710 and please debunk this for me. The video is dark but we felt that to maintain the integrity of the video the light quality and the like should not be edited. The only editing that was done was for time purposes. We have checked for every other thing we can think of to debunk the orbs in the video, however, we are unable to debunk this activity. Patience will be required but I invite you to view and share your opinion.
